For your convenience I added two files.
The first, supplied by PTT Telecom, contain previous number changes.
For example if you have an old number 010 xx xx xx, the file tells you to try 010 4xx xx xx.
The second file is the modified PTT test file (Converted JJL to tab separated, errors stripped) containing dummy phone numbers, the converted result, and a result code. All correct old and new possibilities are covered, often several times.
Code
=0: old converted,
=1: new,
=2: new special European,
=3: 06 number
When building the conversion software PTT forgot to implement a check on the first digits in cases where the number does not change (010, 020, 036, 070).
Therefore the test file contains errors flagged by NLphone Check missed by the PTT software. (Numbers of the form 010 1xx xx xx do not exist and will never exist)
